About Role

We are seeking a motivated intern for a 4-6 month engagement. As an intern at Dograh, you will:

• Lead a Project: Take full ownership of a project from inception to completion.
• Collaborate Closely: Work directly with Abhishek, our co-founder, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.
• Earn Rewards: Enjoy a competitive stipend with the opportunity to secure a full-time Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Assignment

To evaluate your skills and ensure a great fit for our team, we invite you to complete the following assignment within 2-3 days:

1. Extension Development: Build an extension compatible with both VSCode and Cursor.
2. Configuration Parsing: The extension should read configurations from a local file named dograh.rc.
3. Directory Analysis: It must locate a directory named dograh (which can be nested arbitrarily deep within the active project) and understand its file tree structure.
4. Server Communication: Extract a server endpoint from the dograh.rc file and use it to ping the file structure of the dograh directory.
5. Error Handling: Incorporate creative solutions to manage potential issues, such as server downtime or loss of internet connectivity.
